Auto-Cut usage Instructions:
Usage Instructions:
1. Inspect the product's condition regularly, ensuring all bolts are securely tightened.
2. Before operating the product, review the information on our website to ensure a correct understanding and proper use. This includes setup, adjustments, controls, storage, and handling procedures.
3. This product features an innovative design; we reserve the right to upgrade it as needed.
4. When feeding wood into it, follow these rules: Push the wood against the fence by hand, and once it's fully engaged with the two wheels, move your hand away. Stand to the left, avoiding direct alignment with the saw blade.
5. To protect it significantly when cutting hard, heavy, or thick wood, observe whether a push stick is required to assist in wood advancement.
6. The minimum length of wood for cutting should be at least 14 inches (360 mm). Please do not use it for crosscuts on a table saw.
7. While using it, do not wear gloves. It is strictly prohibited to touch the wheel with gloves due to the high friction coefficient, which can lead to entanglement.
8. Long hair must not be exposed while operating it. Wear a hat and secure long hair entirely within it to prevent entanglement with the wheel.
9. Avoid having any exposed or dangling items on your hands, such as excessively long cuffs or bracelets.
10. Under no circumstances should any part of the human body or other objects approach the driving wheel while in motion.
11. Do not turn off the electromagnet switch during table saw operation.
12. Always keep the table saw blade fully lowered, and use the laser guide to quickly set the blade height before cutting.
13. During this product's entire cutting process, maintain vigilance and respond appropriately to the situation. This may include stopping the motor/brake, accelerating or decelerating, or using a push stick when necessary.
14. When it is not in use or being moved, turn off the main power switch and unplug the power supply.
15. Avoid direct eye contact with the laser guide.
16. This product is intended for indoor use only.
17. This product is not a toy and should not be accessible to minors.
18. The gearbox self-locks when the motor is not powered. Do not forcibly rotate the wheel in a locked state, as it may damage the gearbox.
19. Before each use on the table saw, verify that the electromagnet is on and securely attached to the tabletop.
20. Ensure that the wheels are rotating in the correct direction before starting.
21. Start at the minimum speed setting to protect the motor. Gradually increase the speed as needed.
22. An outfeed table with table saws and router tables must be used. The top of the outfeed table and the power equipment table should be as level as possible.
23. If the wood is bent, be cautious when using it, as it may lead to inaccurate cuts or difficulty in advancement.
24. To reduce wood friction, maintain a clean tabletop and consider applying lubricant, such as WD-40, and wipe it clean.
25. Protect the end processing parts with WD-40 or other anti-rust agents to prevent rust for the chrome-plated bearing steel optical axis.
