Built upon the BEM chassis design, we've integrated an ultra-high precision, digitally readable micro-adjuster that can be effortlessly installed on almost all Biesemeyer fence guide rails – plug and play! The data is intuitively visible, and you can zero it at any position. This device supports precision cutting without the need for pre-marking, eliminating marking errors, resulting in higher accuracy and faster speed. It accommodates fence adjustments for both left and right movements!

As shown in the diagram below, On the right edge of your fence's base, drill two screw holes (drill bit and tap not included! Screw specifications supported: English 1/8, 9/64, 5/32, 11/64, or Metric M3/M4. The product does not include connecting screws!), and connect your fence with two screws.

How to use

You can connect it with a standard Biesemeyer fence and then move the entire assembly. Adjust the pointer at integer positions by addition or subtraction (addition is recommended).
For example, if you want to precisely set to 6 and 3/8 inches:
1. Move the entire pointer at 6 inches.
2. Lock the BEM-Data adjuster.
3. Zero.
4. Turn the knob, and pull the fence to the right until the adjuster shows 0.375 inches.
5. Lock the fence in place.
It's recommended to use it in conjunction with the BEM-Meta fence. There's no need for drilling holes as it already has pre-drilled M4 screw holes for installation.

Supports use on almost all Biesemeyer fences and Smitool BEM-Meta fences. The key factor is whether your fence's base height and guide rail dimensions meet the requirements outlined in the following :

The distance from the surface of your fence's base to the surface of the guide rail should be in the range of 6-18.3 millimetres (1/4--3/4inch), and the width of the guide rail should be in the range of 60-85 millimetres (2.4--3.4inch).

Please measure the relevant data to determine if it can be used.

Please note that in cases where the guide rail width is relatively small, you can loosen the two locking screws on the large knob and extend the usable length by rotating the thread to address this issue.
